2. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, clients agree to:

• Pay agreed service fees as outlined in the invoice or agreement
• Comply with application and visa procedures

3. Fees and Payments

• Fees are quoted based on the selected service package and are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Payments must be made in full before submission of any application or visa documents on the client’s behalf.
• Third-party costs (e.g., university application fees, test registration, visa fees) are to be paid directly by the client.

4. No Guarantee Policy

Journey Intellect does not guarantee:

• Admission into any university or college
• Scholarship awards or tuition discounts
• Visa approvals by any embassy or immigration body

All outcomes depend on individual qualifications, country regulations, and institutional discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

Journey Intellect will not be held liable for:

• Losses arising from delays, rejections, or failures in university or visa processes
• Errors in documents not submitted or reviewed by our team
• Actions of third-party institutions or governments

6. Confidentiality and Data Privacy

All personal information shared by the client will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use your data solely for the purposes of providing advisory services and complying with legal requirements.

7. Termination of Services

Journey Intellect reserves the right to terminate services if:

• The client provides false or misleading information
• The client fails to pay fees or meet deadlines
• There is abusive or uncooperative behavior

No refund will be issued in the event of service termination for the above reasons.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and tools provided by Journey Intellect are for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or modified without written consent.

9. Dispute Resolution
